As such, all orders online will continue to ship but may be affected by demand on national postal services like An Post (Ireland) and its worldwide partners. We would advise ordering in advance to ensure orders are received in a timely manner.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship my products from Ireland, and I can send them by post, anywhere in the world. 

Please be aware that only the Registered Post or Express Post or Courier offers the option of tracking your package and replacing the order in case it is lost in transit.

Standard Post is the cheapest option, but there is no tracking available, nor insurance for replacing the order in case the package is lost in transit.

We can also arrange for courier services. Please let me know if you preferer your jewellery to be delivered by courier and I can quote you before ordering.

Is it safe to receive packages?

Our delivery services have issued a statement which outlines that they are still operating their services as normal. However, times of delivery are affected both nationwide and worldwide.They are also observing social distancing in the warehouses, and a general no contact policy.

How can I contact you?

You can click 'Contact us' link available at the left side of your screen, under the footer. A new conversation page will appear. Simply enter your Subject along with your Message and click the 'Sent' button. Your Message will be emailed to us and you will receive a reply within 1-2 business days. The shop page also displays our Mail Address and our Phone Numbers for further communication.


Can I include a gift note in the package?

Definitely! We know this is such a tough time not being able to see your loved ones. We would love to help in any way, so if this means including a handwritten note with your Magpie Gems piece, please let us know in the note section at the checkout and we will be happy to write a note from you.
