Ring Size Guide (Ireland): How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Find your perfect fit with our simple at-home methods, printable chart, and pro sizing tips. Most Magpie Gems rings are adjustable for flexible styling—wear them as a classic finger ring, a knuckle (midi) ring or even a toe ring.
Method 1 — Measure an Existing Ring
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimetres (mm) across the centre.
- Use the chart below to match the diameter to a UK/IE letter size.
Tip: If you’re between sizes or your knuckle is prominent, size up.
Method 2 — Paper or String (Circumference)
- Cut a thin strip of paper (or use string). Wrap it around the base of the finger.
- Mark where it overlaps. Lay it flat and measure the length in mm—this is your finger circumference.
- Match your measurement to the chart.
Accuracy check: Measure 2–3 times and average the result.
